  12. A simple article that discusses the rise of remote HRM strategies in response to the changing landscapes of work environments, particularly brought about due to technological advancements and the COVID19 pandemic. It would be good to see some practical examples and case studies that are based on real-life companies, I believe. I'd say one particular concern is addressing cybersecurity where remote work organizations can face increased cybersecurity risks due to employees accessing sensitive data from home. "Most breaches can be attributed to human error. From an NSA employee leaving highly classified hacking tools on an open server, to a helpful Apple employee resetting a password for an imposter, the best-intentioned people make mistakes." (Gul et al, 2020)
