Continuous learning and development must be noticed as crucial in the list of attributes that make up the professional career of any individual at any career stage. The MBA course taught me how significant it is to continuously acquire knowledge and skills during the learning process (Franco, Salo, & Olin, 2024). MBA is a learning experience that is not all about books, but rather about helping students to gain skills, which can be applied in real world business practice. The curricula aims to foster critical thinking, a better understanding of complex problems, and the ability to make strategic decisions, which represent the core of competencies the leaders of the future require.
A distinctive feature of MBA program is it gives an applicant a chance of practical application as a teacher of learning and development (Darling-Hammond et al., 2020). By means case studies, group projects and internships, students are becoming able to test out the knowledge they have been taught in class and apply it in real businesses contexts. This one-on-one style is effective at not only encompassing the knowledge and information but also adding the self-confidence to students’ competencies.
